• Knowledge in laboratory regulations and compliance with extensive experience in mock inspections, implementation assistance and inspection prep as well as remediation following regulatory assessments (CAP, TJC, AABB, FDA, NYS, FACT)
• Numerous successful interim management engagements with demonstrated experience in human resource management, regulatory compliance remediation and implementation of new laboratory services 

With over 25 years of health care leadership experience, Mr. Biskup brings the following attributes to our laboratory clients:

• Laboratory management experience and experience within multi-hospital systems and commercial laboratories
• Strategic financial management of laboratory operations including the consolidation of labor and supply expense
• Expertise in compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies including CAP, TJC, State Health Departments, CLIA, U.S. EPA, U.S. DOT
• Experience and expertise in hazardous waste handling following RCRA regulations
• Strong technical knowledge of multiple laboratory areas in both hospital and commercial laboratory settings

 With more than 20 years of laboratory management experience in community hospitals and within large health systems, Mr. Wilson's expertise includes:

• Clinical laboratory operations management and personnel oversight across multiple laboratory sites
